Huang & Partners was founded in December of 1970 by Mr. T. C. Huang. Since its inception, this firm has had the privilege of working with and providing legal services to a wide array of multinationals and Fortune 500 companies. We moved in 1991 to our present offices in the Yan Sheng Building in Taipei, which is situated in the Hsin Yi district where Taipei City Hall is now located and is also the center of the emerging financial district.
